Week June 1-5

Bonjour mes amis.  I hope you had a great weekend.  It was nice to have some rain to water all the new flowers that are blooming.  I have “les lapins” (bunnies) living in my backyard.  They are adorable.  They keep eating my flowers and vegetables, but that’s ok.  They are so cute.  We also have “les rouge gorges” (robins) that live in the tree in my backyard too.  It’s fun to feed them seeds (les graines) every day and watch the babies grow.

This week I thought it would be fun to do a bit of a review of colours and numbers.  Next week we will talk about baby animals.  I can’t wait for that as there are lots to see in our neighbourhood!

Thursday:

Today is tech thursday.  I have added a bunch of Boomcards this week on colours and numbers.  I hope you have fun with them!

Here are some songs/games about colours and numbers to practice at home:

Friday:

Today is Craft Friday!  The challenge this week is to make an “arc en ciel”.  Here are some examples.  If you finish before Thursday, please bring your craft to the google meet to share.

This week we are going to have a colour scavenger hunt.  Get ready to find items in your house that are certain colours.  It should be exciting!

Thank you so much for visiting and taking the time to engage in online learning in French.  If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me at michelle.boudreau@ocsb.ca

As well, please don’t forget to share your completed work on seesaw or email to me.  I am continuing to post all your work on Hapara.

Have a great week and see you Thursday at 10am.
