Bonjour mes
amis. I hope you had
a nice relaxing Easter weekend. Mme B
went for lots of walks around the pond and saw ducks, geese, a crane, seagulls,
and heard the frogs singing. It must be
spring!
This week we will focus on spring weather/le temps
de printemps. I have added a new slideshow about “le temps”, some new songs,
and an activity sheet.
Thanks to all of you who have sent me pictures of
your work at home. Please, continue to
send these to me every week. Just once a
week is good. This week I would love to
see a picture of your child’s journal or their activity sheet on weather. It can be sent on seesaw or via email: michelle.boudreau@ocsb.ca
I hope you are all well, and I look forward to
seeing you soon.
Mme B

Wednesday:
Please review the spring weather vocabulary words
and ask your child to use them in a sentence in their journal:
i.e. Au printemps il fait soleil.
Aujourd’hui il pleut.
J’aime l’arc en ciel.
Please don’t forget the picture to go along with
the words.
Thursday:
Today is Tech Thursday. Here are two new songs about the weather to
practice:

You can also visit some of the other apps and websites listed on
this blog for additional practice.
The following site is a very good one that we often use at school:

Friday:
Please click on the following link to view a google doc ready to print at home about the weather. Your child simply needs to put the appropriate word under the picture. If you do not have a printer, that's ok. Just have them draw a few of the pictures with the words.
Thank you so much for your continued support at home.
Mme B
